Under the Idaho Urban Renewal Law, an urban renewal agency is required to file with the local governing body, on or before March 31 of each year, a report of its activities for the preceding calendar year, which shall include a complete financial statement setting forth its assets, liabilities, income, and operating expense at the end of the calendar year. In 2011, the Legislature modified the law, requiring an urban renewal agency to publish a DRAFT Annual Report for public comment prior to submission to the local governing body.

Written public comment may be submitted PRIOR TO MARCH 8, 2021, to: Jerome County Urban Renewal Agency, c/o Outwest Policy Advisors 225 S 30 W Burley, ID 83318. Public comment will also be taken at the Jerome County Urban Renewal Agency special meeting on Thursday, March 11, 2020, at 1:00 p.m. at the Jerome County Courthouse.
