Public Notice

On January 27, 2020 the Jerome County Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing to take comment on issues regarding new ordinances and zoning map amendments being proposed to regulate the Area of City Impact for the City of Eden. The hearing will be held in the Jack Nelsen Conference Room of the Jerome County Courthouse, 300 North Lincoln, Room #306, Jerome, Idaho. At 7:15 p.m. the Commission will be reviewing the ordinances related to the regulations within the Area of City Impact. The Commission will review the proposed Zoning Map Amendments at 7:30 p.m.

Public Records Requests may be transmitted by Fax, U.S Mail, or in person. In order to comply with Idaho State Statute, Public Records Requests may not be requested over the phone.

A Public Records Request is a document that this office would have on file (i.e. staff report, building permit, written decision etc.)

Requirements

  • Be legible
  • Be specific as to the record(s) sought
  • Include a name, mailing address, and phone number

Request for Information

A Request for Information may or may not be from a specific document (i.e. address information, zoning designation, land division criteria, etc.)

Requirements

  • Be legible
  • If the request is regarding a specific property, have specific address and/or parcel information
  • Be concise regarding the information being sought
  • Include a name, mailing address, and phone number
