Paying Taxes by Credit & Debit Card

We accept online payments using American Express, MasterCard, Discover and Visa. We offer the following company to process your credit or debit card payments:

Access Idaho

There will be a convenience fee, which is applied by the credit card company for using this service. Access Idaho charges 2.50% of the total. Please have your tax bill and amount you are paying with you. This company does not have access to this information.

If you have problems making a credit card payment, please call Jerome County Treasurer’s Office at 208-644-2720.

Dates to Remember

  • December 20: Last day to pay first half of taxes without late charges applying.
    Note: If December 20 falls on a Saturday or a Sunday, tax payments will be accepted through the next business day in the Tax Collector’s office until 5 p.m.
  • June 20: Last day to pay second half of taxes without late charges applying.
    Note: If June 20 falls on a Saturday or Sunday, tax payments will be accepted through the next business day in the Tax Collector’s office until 5 p.m.

Taxes may be paid in full before the December or June Deadlines.

Making Small Payments

You may make payments on your taxes. If you would like a coupon book to put with your bills to remind you to make payments, please contact our office at 208-644-2720. Any penalty or interest still apply
